Smoked Raspberry Collins

A complex palace cocktail for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz. 1883 Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 3/4 oz. London dry gin
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 4 oz. lapsang souchong tea

Instructions:

  • Infuse tea in hot water for a few minutes, and allow to cool.
  • Add to the soda siphon, and infuse with CO2 cartridge.
  • Pour 1883 Raspberry Syrup, juices and gin into an ice-filled tumbler.
  • Top up with sparking lapsang souchong.
  • Stir well and garnish with pomegranate seeds, raspberry, lemon and mint sprig.
