Stuffed Pepper Pom

A flavourful detox drink in a dressed-up festive mood. Served right at home, tropical island-style.


  • 1 oz. 1883 Red Pepper Syrup
  • 2/3 oz. lime juice
  • 1 2/3 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz. mint-infused green tea


  • In advance, scoop out a large bell pepper. The volume of drink will depend on the chosen pepper.
  • Infuse hot green tea with mint, and leave to cool.
  • Pour all the ingredients into a blender cup, top up with crushed ice, and blitz to obtain an even consistency (add more ice if necessary). Pour into the pepper.
  • Decorate with goji berries, mint leaves, pomegranate seeds, and the “lid” of the pepper.
