Yuzu Thai Tea

A version of ice tea enhanced by Far East flavours, for a new taste experience.


  • 2/3 oz. 1883 Yuzu Lemon Syrup
  • 5 oz. cold green tea
  • 1 2/3 oz. mandarin juice
  • 2 Thai basil leaves


  • Make the green tea by infusing 3g of tea in 7 oz. of water for 5 minutes, then leaving to cool.
  • Place the basil leaves in a tumbler and fill with ice.
  • Add the syrup, juice and tea, and stir.
  • Garnish with a sprig of basil, a mandarin wheel, and pink peppercorns.
