Raspberry Puree
CRÉATION FRUITS® 1883 Raspberry offers the perfect balance between the fruit’s natural sweetness and its refreshing tartness. Its generous and mellow flavour treats the palate to the thrill of just-picked fruit.Tinged with deep red, its vibrant natural texture calls to mind that of the fruit: velvety, and enhanced by a few achenes. In addition to its fresh raspberry taste, this creation lends cocktails a subtle floral note of violets, thus adding an extra dash of sophistication and depth to your creations.
